Dear Parents,
We will see you bright and early in the morning! Carpool line will begin to move at 7:50. Please remember to turn right when you enter the parking lot and wrap the line around in front of the Parish Activities Building. We will form 2 lines so that we keep the traffic off Woodburn Road. Students exit from the passenger side of the car. If you want to come in to the building, please drop off your children first, and then park in the parking lot. Kindergarten students in the morning session will enter by the Kindergarten door. There will be plenty of faculty and staff to help direct you.
In the afternoon carpool, please do not block the driveway to the school parking lot. We will be forming several lines so that we do not interrupt the flow of traffic on Woodburn Road. If you are turning right out of the parking lot, please use the right exit across from the school. If you are turning left, use the exit in front of the church. We will dismiss at 11:30. Please do not park your car on Woodburn Road or in the Church parking lot. All students should be picked up in the carpool line if they are not going to Extended Day. I hope you are all planning to attend the Ice Cream Social at 6:30 tomorrow night. The Knights of Columbus host this event for us each year. You will have a chance to meet your child’s teachers and find ways to get involved in the community. I look forward to seeing you then!
