I am very excited to be teaching third grade at St. Ambrose School. It is a blessing and a privilege to part of this warm, wonderful faith-filled community!
I have an M.A in Communications from the University of South Carolina, a B.A. in English, a VCEA teaching certificate, and I am currently pursuing my M.Ed from Marymount University.
My husband, Tim, and I have been married for 26 years and are members of St. John Neumann parish in Reston. We have four children. One is a recent James Madison University graduate, two attend the University of Notre Dame, and our youngest daughter is a freshman at Duke. As firm believers in the value of a Catholic education, our children have attended Catholic Schools for the past 18 years. We live in Vienna with our two dogs, a Golden Retriever, Holly, and a Black Lab, Lucy. In my spare time I love to read, especially third grade novels! I also enjoy crossword puzzles, running, and watching Duke women’s soccer and Notre Dame football games!
