Mrs. Jennifer Carafa Serafin

Mrs. Serafin was born and raised on the coast of Southern Connecticut. She attended Radford University where she studied Middle Education, English, and Social Studies. She fell in love with Virginia’s beauty, diversity, and history instantly! Her favorite part of Virginia is the fall foliage. She loves the Skyline Drive along the Blue Ridge Mountains and tries to visit as often as she can.

She has always been very energetic, curious, and eager to learn. She currently continues to take education classes at Trinity University as well as local crafting and cooking courses. Teaching has always been a dream and passion for Mrs. Serafin. She likes to surround herself with spirited and optimistic people. Teaching is simply the best fuel for her soul!

In Mrs. Serafin’s spare time she enjoys running, hiking, and being outdoors. She also enjoys cooking, reading fiction novels, music, board games, puzzles, and crocheting. Most of all, she loves to spend time with herfamily, her new husband, and her Golden Retriever.

Mrs. Serafin enjoys her life and is very thankful to God. She has been blessed with wonderful people and experiences in her life. She is very grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of the family at St. Ambrose this year.
