Update from Mrs. Dalmut – March 25: Lego Club, Spring Tennis Camp

Dear Parents,

I have two announcements:

From Kate O’Connor:

The Lego Club needs some help. If you can help as an assistant, or as a backup, please sign up!

From Olaf Burke, our Tennis Coordinator:

Good news!  The new St. Ambrose tennis program will have its first Spring tennis camp outdoors at Wakefield Rec Center on Fridays, 5 pm to 6.30 pm, starting April 24 and ending May 29, except for May 22.  It is open to grades one through eight, with beginners welcome. Cost is $25 dollars per participant.  For more information, and to get the registration forms, please contact Olaf Burke, the St. Ambrose tennis coordinator, at olaf.burke@verizon.net, or at 703-425-2062. These forms should be submitted by April 17.

If you would like to help with the tennis program, please contact Mr. Burke. You do not have to be a tennis pro — just be willing to help our kids learn the basics.
