Back to school forms for 2019-2020

Dear Parents,
The school office would like to get a head start for the next school year and would appreciate you downloading all the back to school forms, completing them and returning as soon as possible. August tends to get very busy and completing this would make for a smooth transition to the start of next school year.

In addition, you are required to post your information for Emergency Care directly into the Powerschool database through the Parent Portal. We also use this information to prepare the Student Directory, so accuracy is important. See the instructions for how to do Powerschool updates.  If you do not have an account or are new to the school, please contact the school directly to get a one-time access ID and password.

The Saint Ambrose calendar will be finalized in the next month and will be emailed home, as well as posted to the website. More dates and activities will be added throughout the year as we plan.

Thank you for your help in getting these materials back to us quickly. If you could return them as soon as possible, we would be most grateful.
God bless,
Angela Rowley
