Dear Parents,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. I want to take this opportunity to inform you about an important change to our school’s Extended Day Services registration process.

Starting August 23, we are partnering with The Players Sports Academy (PSA) to manage and oversee our Extended Day Services program. This change aims to continue to provide Extended Day services to our school community.

Key Information about the new program:

1. Registration Process:All registrations for Extended Day Services, including before-school and after-school care, will now be managed exclusively through PSA. This means that for any student requiring Extended Day Services, you will need to complete the registration process directly through the PSA platform.
2. Online Portal:PSA will provide an online portal (information can be found on the attached flyer) where you can easily access information about the program, register your child, and manage your account.
3. Communication:PSA will also handle communication regarding program updates, schedules, and any changes. You will receive timely notifications and reminders through the PSA platform.
4. Hours of Operation: Will remain the same Monday through Friday: 6:50-7:50 AM and 3:10-6:00 PM and early release days will also be available.
5. Lunch: On our 11:30 early release days, students will have to bring lunch.
6. Fees and Payments:Fee structures and payment methods will remain consistent. However, all payments for Extended Day Services will now be processed through the PSA platform.

Pricing Structure: An hourly rate of $10 per hour will be charged per student for families planning to use Extended Day hours throughout the year.  Conversely, families choosing not to commit to a set number of hours per month will be charged a drop-in rate of $12.00.

Monthly payments will be made based on the expected hours each month. Please make sure that you check on the morning hours and afternoon hours.

• Drop-in Rate:$12 per hour per student
• Expected 20 Hours per Month:Monthly payments of $200
• Expected 40 Hours per Month:Monthly payments of $400
• Expected 60 Hours per Month:Monthly payments of $600
• Expected 80 Hours per Month:Monthly payments of $800

Prorated refunds will be issued back to parents for hours that are not used, and prorated invoices will be sent out to families for additional hours that are used each month.
