New Library Databases for Research

Gale Databases has provided 3 programs for free for the students of St. Ambrose to use in their research. They can be reached through the school website under “Library”.

The programs include Kids Infobits (K-5), National Geographic Kids (ages 6-14) and Research in Context (middle school). It is important for students to use reliable databases when doing research instead of Google. With World Book Online, this new addition gives them four good database sources to go to when working on a report.

Be sure to check it out. Help your kids to play around with it now so that they are comfortable with what is available when they need it!
