Pay for milk and Th/Fri hot lunches with FACTS

With  billing through FACTS Tuition Management you now have the convenience of paying for your Chick Fil-A and Pizza hot lunch and/or Milk order directly through FACTS.

Payments will be billed in the month of September if you return this form by Wednesday, August 29.

Charges for all items ordered via the form will be posted to your FACTS account per student. Please fill out a form for each child you are ordering for. You will receive an email notification from FACTS when the charges have been posted. To minimize the amount of cash and checks processed in the school office, you should pay for your orders directly through FACTS.

** Please note: SMART Lunches will continue to be ordered online through their website.
This is only for Thursday and Friday hot lunch.**
