Sign Up for Parent Teacher Conferences

Kindergarten through 8th grade Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for November 10 and 11, 2020 via Google Meets.  Parents are invited to schedule conference times through St. Ambrose Parent-Teacher Conferences-signup genius before Sunday, November first at 9:00pm. There are dates and time slots for you to choose from.

• Grades K-4 will have 15 minute appointments, required, with the homeroom teacher
• Grades 4 and 5 will have 15 minute appointments. Parents will have an opportunity to meet with both teachers at the same time
• Grades 6-8 parents will not be required to meet with each teacher but are strongly encouraged to meet with the teachers of students who have areas of needed improvement. These appointments will also be 15 minutes and remember, teachers can also request a conference.
• Mrs. LaBarge, Resource Director, will also have appointment schedules.
• Mrs. Faber, Title I, will also have appointment schedules.
• Parents of all grades have the opportunity to schedule an appointment with Specialty teachers as well.

Parents may only sign up for one time slot per teacher per student. Conference times will be: Tuesday, November 10th from 1:00- 3:15pm. Conferences on Wednesday, November 11 will be from 7:45-10:00 am, 10:15-12:00 am, and 1:00-3:15 pm.

Signups will be on a first come first serve basis. If there is a case where someone does not have computer access to sign up, you should reply via paper to the teacher (6-8) or homeroom teacher (K-5).
