The Gala is Coming on Saturday, April 1!

The Gala is a fun night to share in the fellowship of our St. Ambrose community. It’s the largest fundraiser for our school, generally bringing in around $40,000 for our PTO. This money contributes to our teacher appreciation program, field trips, items for our classrooms, and upgrades to the school. This is a must attend event!
The theme is “Knight Around the World” where we will feature how our culture and food brings our community together. Bring your friends and family to enjoy a wonderful evening and show them how great our community is.
The night will start off with mingling with friends as you bid on silent auction and dessert auction items and try your hand at our gift card grab bag and raffles. At the same time you can visit our food tables to get your taste of our international food and beverage samplings. You can nosh leisurely as you bounce back and forth between food and auction or you can make a plate to take back to your table.
There will be a formal end to the silent and dessert auctions and people will be asked to take a seat at their tables for the live auction while they enjoy their dessert auction winnings. Following the live auction, people can linger and relax before collecting their auction winnings to close out the night.

New for 2017 – On line Auction
You can bid online from March 15-24. Go to http://tinyurl.com/Knights17, and get a jump on some items unique for our school families! This is a great way to support our school’s most important fundraiser even if you can’t make it to the Gala! See the online auction flyer for more information.
Tickets can be purchased by returning this form to the office with cash or check (payable to St. Ambrose School), or online with a credit card on https://www.silentauctionpro.com/onlineticketpurchase.php?groupid=980. Please note there is a 2% service charge for credit card use.
Through March 19th, regular tickets are $50 per person.
We cannot put on this event without your help! We need volunteers for set-up, clean-up, manning our food stations and bar, ticket sales, check-in/out, setting up auction items, etc. We also are still collecting auction items, so please consider making a donation or volunteer to send out solicitation requests.
