Enrollment for JCYO Basketball takes place in the fall.
Volleyball (For girls in grades 3-8) – registration begins in February

Returning users can sign in, and new users can create a new account. Once registered, forms are located online. All forms are confidential. Payment can be made by check/cash and can be returned to the school office.
If you have difficulty with the online registration at Sports Pilot, please complete and return these forms with your payment to the school office:
- Code of Conduct for all Participants (athletes, coaches, spectators, etc.)
- Permission Slip/Medical Release (to be completed by parents/guardian)
