Tuesday announcements

Dear Parents:
I am very excited to announce that Mrs. Cindy Hollcraft will be joining our staff as Instructional Assistant, splitting her time between the 3rd and 4th grades. Most of you know Cindy, and know what an asset she will be in those classrooms. Cindy has subbed here for many years. We warmly welcome her aboard.

Please note that due to the impending storm our parish picnic, originally scheduled for this Sunday, is being postponed until Sunday, October 14.

As a reminder, we follow Fairfax County Public Schools for inclement weather closings. As the storm approaches (and we hope it won’t) please watch for announcements. In the unlikely event that our school loses power I will make an emergency announcement via School Messenger (email, voicemail and text).

We are still in need of a recess assistant for Tuesdays. This is a great opportunity to pick up service hours. If you can help out please let me know. Thank you in advance.
